Did not test, but `directory: dir1/ -d dir2/ -d dir3/` might do the trick to scan selected set of directories. While we're at it, can we enable Checkov GH actions...

We can see issues in 0.12.0, ExternalDNS not looking into regular expression for domains to include (`--regex-domain-filter`). Any domain goes. Any update here? Edit: And in currently latest 0.12.2.
