here also, I have a kvm switch and when I switch to my other computer and go back, I have to start waybar again. Now this doesn't always happen but...
I resolved this by uninstalling waybar-git update libjsoncpp then re install waybar-git
are you getting the same error. after you remove waybar, you may want remove the folder from ~/.cache/paru/clone. update the libjsoncpp and then install waybar-git again
