@kurtaking given a breaking change isn't a deal breaker, is there anything left to do?

I'm hesitant to approve alter tables as that has big impacts on deployments for catalogs with a large (200k+ entities). I wonder if it would be possible to solve this...

sorry for the delay! I'd suggest trying to make as small of a failing jacoco file as possible, and add it as a test fixture and see what's actually failing

ok so I think the issue is in the jacoco converter, it seems to only work if you have the configuration set to scm-only. Fix PR incoming.
