AMP4Email content jumping on changing direction in amp-carousel (gmail iOS)

We are having a similar issue with `amp-selector` as well whenever someone clicks on an option, the email jumps up to the top of the email. iOS: 16.6.1 Gmail: 6.0.230806.1755632
