serenata php process not killed if xdebug is enabled

I've noticed serenata server is still running when atom is closed but only if xdebug is enabled.

How to enable on shebang?

I mean when you have `#!/usr/bin/env node` at top and no file extension.

Is it possible to make flycheck optional dependency?

I'm not using flycheck but because of tide it's loaded and gets updated from melpa.
