I’ve also hit this error on Dinghy 4.6.3, MacOS 10.13.3. Restarting was the only workaround.

This turned out to be an issue with my Firewall config anyway, apologies for the false alarm!

I turned on a Firewall which was blocking unfsd connections - removing it allowed me to build without the NFS mounting issues.
