Getting the same issue, dependabot is respecting the constraints set in composer.json and refusing to update composer.lock instead of generating a PR to update the composer.json

The first thing I did after install was `microk8s enable dns` but I still don't have DNS

Brand new install, only thing I did differently from @neoaggelos was to follow the official install guide and run `microk8s enable dashboard dns registry istio`

I'm guessing this is a new default, my example is azurerm_automation_source_control has a value `token_type = "PersonalAccessToken"` that triggers this but somehow `token = "value"` doesn't. This wasn't an issue...
