Adding following line to *.lpf seems to set all IOs to be LVCMOS33. `IOBUF ALLPORTS IO_TYPE=LVCMOS33 ;`

fix typo in clear()'s mode, and add comments in HelloWorld.ino as to use MODE1 clear after boot
