I'm still not able to get this to work. I use the right ctrl key often for Outlook quick action shortcuts....ie ctrl + shift + 1...9 for various quick actions...

Mapping Copilot key (win + shift + F23) -> CTRL: almost impossible to use Copilot in hotkeys as CTRL key - need "Remap a KEY" for Copilot
