Merging this shortly. I know it's a huge PR, but it's been well reviewed and even reached tentative approval by bane and has some initial user adoption in https://github.com/pyvista/pyvistaqt/discussions/227.

Agreed. Deprecate `next`. Would it make sense to have `MultiBlock` look like an OrderedDict with bonus pyvista features?

@banesullivan, let's consider building advanced wheels with more features. Ideally there would be a `vtk` and then `vtk-extras` wheel.
