Getting Forbidden error during secret creation

I am having the same issue .. I do have service user jenkins .. but still not able to execute kubernetesDeploy(configs: "kubedeploy.yaml", kubeconfigId: 'KUBECONFIG') succesfully .. Always getting the error...
