Feature request - make ux-dialog-open class configurable

When the dialog is opened the dialog adds ux-dialog-open class to the host and removes it when the dialog is closed. Please make this value configurable through settings.

Warning if the array value is assigned by index

As per aurelia/binding#64 assigning an array value by index does not notify subscribers. It would be nice if a warning could be generated if this encountered.
