@rcastellsg I suspect this refers to the accuracy of the multiple sequence alignment. Colabfold circumvents this problem entirely, since it outsources the MSA generation. (Also I could be wrong:)

For heterodimers it looks like the coverage is as I would expect:  But for homodimers it looks like:  So there is no paired+unpaired.

@sokrypton Is there any advantage to have multiple copies of the same sequence? I think superfold does something similar. Ok, figured it out  (and one only has to open the first file)

If you are rerunning only one cell, it probably makes sense to convert this cell into a function. Then you can call it multiple times without problems.

This works for me: ```python !pip install pyrosettacolabsetup py3dmol import pyrosettacolabsetup; pyrosettacolabsetup.install_pyrosetta() ```
