@rcastellsg I suspect this refers to the accuracy of the multiple sequence alignment. Colabfold circumvents this problem entirely, since it outsources the MSA generation. (Also I could be wrong:)

@FaizanYounasTanooli Did you ever merge the PR for the switcheroo appearing on the active monitor (either the one that has the mouse or the one that has the active window)?...

@martin-steinegger Sorry I was just running some old code (so you got a lot of traffic from `193.2.14.82`). Should be fixed now. ( PS Is [paired_a3m_lines = None] the correct...

For heterodimers it looks like the coverage is as I would expect: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19926/213766601-254aa3c0-8083-4c44-9fde-9b9c77fab6d4.png) But for homodimers it looks like: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19926/213766704-ae5bc3b8-7ddd-4a53-b353-f51e35ac3547.png) So there is no paired+unpaired.

@sokrypton Is there any advantage to have multiple copies of the same sequence? I think superfold does something similar. Exmaple: >unpaired AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA----------------------------------------------- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA----------------------------------------------- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA----------------------------------------------- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA----------------------------------------------- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA----------------------------------------------- --------------------------BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB --------------------------BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB --------------------------BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB --------------------------BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB...

@rafalkowalewski1 I would also appreciate bigTiff support. We have files about 4.4 GB in size and the error is: ![image](https://github.com/jungmannlab/picasso/assets/19926/83125adc-f4b9-4965-9220-b6b3308cf6c3) @IrrelevantNameTom Do you know what the naming of the files...

Ok, figured it out ![image](https://github.com/jungmannlab/picasso/assets/19926/158ec6ee-8189-434a-aee7-b815b9015b0d) (and one only has to open the first file)

If you are rerunning only one cell, it probably makes sense to convert this cell into a function. Then you can call it multiple times without problems.

This works for me: ```python !pip install pyrosettacolabsetup py3dmol import pyrosettacolabsetup; pyrosettacolabsetup.install_pyrosetta() ```
