xxljob 改造为spingcloud 版本后在生产环境执行超过100万次，执行正常。 

@jiaoyilun 这个日志暂时没有好办法，笨办法法可以把执行的方法里返回具体的日志信息，然后在执行器里写入到xxl日志里面，通过xxl-admin就能直接看到日志了。
