目前有没有提供给做Linearizable Read的接口？还是说必须依赖状态机自己来实现

看了有几个相关issue，感觉我的情况有一些不同。 server端为grpc c++ data size在16M左右，第一包数据可以发出和收到。 第二包数据开始，因为remote window left < data size，所以就不会发包，导致没有window update信息并不再更新remote window left，所以后续一直都是remote window left < data size，发不出包

用cmake编译，似乎缺失了co_comm.cpp，导致example编译时link错误，修正了一下

add a series scripts for building docker image, maybe publishing docker image is a good way for others to start
