10-bit presentation looks wrong on radv

I'm seeing what looks like maybe 8-bit sampling from 10-bit data or something when testing HEVC 10-bit content. Does it work okay on nvidia?

printf is very undertested

The printf tests don't cover - multiple arguments - no arguments - data before format specifier

pyshader appears to be retired and failing

So pyshader github repo seems to be retired, and the examples are failing for me with ``` pytest ./test_array_multiplication.py ========================================================================== test session starts ========================================================================== platform linux -- Python 3.12.2, pytest-7.4.3,...

These are just a couple of fixes I found while trying to build with OS installs of some pieces.
