Remove deprecated extended_dump option

Resolves #265 Extended dump was made obsolete by the change to GraphQL and is no longer useful. The variable is not used outside of being assigned.

What does `extended_dump` actually do?

I'm diffing output from `-D` with and without `-e` and seeing no difference. When I search the code (latest version) I see `extended_dump` get set by args then never used....
