I am having the same issue. Device: Zig-Star UZG-01 Hardware: CC2652P7 Firmware: 20240710 Setup as coordinator. Happens with fixed IP or DHCP, powered via USB-C ror POE.

I installed latest pre-release (20241001) with the newest Zigbee firmware I could find (20240710) and that seems to be stable so far as well. It's definitely lasted longer than before...
