@brendt can we rename bootloader to bootstrap/bootstrapper? They are two different things in computer world and bootstrap is the more appropriate term here. 😛

I've run a check on this and it won't be hard to update everything in the repo, but we have quite a few dependencies holding us back on this.

Yeah, this should be pretty easy to do. As we look at this, I think it probably makes sense to revisit the benchmark app and make it easier to setup.

I think @wulfheart is on to something with `nette/php-generator`. I've used it in the past and it's a joy to use.

Am I right in understanding we'd have no way to publish views, static assets (js, css, img), etc.? If so, to me it seems like we might be better off...
