At least for GPS this has been tracked down to messages with correct parity bits still being corrupted. Solution is probably for navparse to either filter very wrong week numbers...

One additional note, I can't figure out why PusherMinSize::size would ever NOT return 0, as PusherMinSize is specialized as 0. And it would always hit that. Perhaps that it ever...
