Doesn't work on Kobo firmware 2.6.x

Kobo updated their firmware to 2.6.x (latest is 2.6.1) and improved the homescreen again (same homescreen as Aura) which means the tweaks no longer work - the plugin doesn't change "Reading Life" to "Tools" anymore and the custom layout for the tools menu no longer shows.
