Plugin development for the Kobo touch

Requirements:

• Kobo Touch with firmware version 1.9.16 and ssh/telnet access (see http://a3nm.net/blog/fnacbook_kobo_hacking.html)
• Kobo development environment (see http://blog.ringerc.id.au/search/label/kobo)

Build plugins with ~/kobo/qt/bin/qmake && make, copy lib*.so to /usr/local/Kobo on the device, reboot and open the library once to load the plugin.
