hi, i added some stuff to support load gzip json data where is used in telegram animated sticker file (tgs). simply just load normally tgs file from asset or network

subtitle provider forced to whisper

i used edge-tts for subtitle generator, not whisper. but its always produce `subtitle file is invalid: ./storage/tasks/dae75451-591e-4dfc-9804-3a823db08cc2/subtitle.srt` so whisper will handle that.
