Hi, Replication controller file is missing in Repo. Is there any change that requires to be done from our end ?

**Describe the bug** I tried installing `https://github.com/aquasecurity/starboard-lens-extension/releases` but Lens is stuck in Installing for a long time. While checking the extension folder created in my PC, I see that folder...
