Just wanted to reinforce what's been said: people should view this library like they view jQuery. KO sets out to do a specific set of things well and that's it....

Or maybe even just put `meta` and `links` inside of a `resource` object on the deserialize record.

Any progress on this one? Would also appreciate it, seems like a simple fix.
