Rel links generated by the library contain a frobidden closing tag as mentioned in the [w3 documentation](https://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/links.html#edef-LINK). https://github.com/mgwidmann/scrivener_html/blob/ec9283ad9255de6bb5b4ad894ec4bea468bbde61/lib/scrivener/html/seo.ex#L89 Would it be possible to use `tag(:link` instead of `content_tag(:link`?
