[FEATURE] Add creation of comeback from scratch via cmd

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, I want to be able to write my own comeback file without relation to a project.

Describe the solution you'd like comeback --create will prompt me with my default text editor and let me create a new recipe from scratch, will also validate the YAML.
