completely agree @GMishx, bootstrap time is an issue we see here... if we can reduce the time somehow for python packages should be fine.
User creation over Rest is not available yet....
but also not seeing an option for csv export and import from UI.
@tma-hmquan, may be you can use some postgres tuning software to tune your database, also run admin -> Maintenance jobs periodically(weekly, bi-weekly), for better performance.
