Those are some good points, I will take a look at implementing those. For meantime, I suggest you to use https://github.com/afreakyelf/Pdf-Viewer/blob/0470644e5874c01c86df6e8d50949e7cb0c8417c/app/src/main/java/com/rajat/sample/pdfviewer/MainActivity.kt#L72 This keeps only one file at a time.
