Fixes minor issues/typos in the spec BNF

Properly append template to a base path with a trailing slash

Missing glove

The left hand glove is missing on both the top-left [male](https://sanderfrenken.github.io/Universal-LPC-Spritesheet-Character-Generator/#?body=Body_color_light&head=Human_male_light&gloves=Gloves_black&sex=male) and [muscular](https://sanderfrenken.github.io/Universal-LPC-Spritesheet-Character-Generator/#?body=Body_color_light&head=Human_male_light&gloves=Gloves_black&sex=muscular) sprites. The _zombie_ and _skeleton_ sprites are affected as well.
