I don't realy understand which is the two different design of tooltip, could you put some screenshots?
This is a tooltip indicator of Menu Item when it's content has been collapsed. This is a submenu, those two are different components actually.

拆一个最小重现发出来？
file 协议？这看上去就是两个独立的引用方式了，我猜测这是导致两份 React 的原因。
