I think what we missed here is that the "generic" feature in the `Generic_handle_map` is that the pointee can be different handle types.

Please put a minimal cpp together with a CMakeLists.txt as well as a data set on gist.github.com.

I cannot reproduce your problem but I am on Windows with VC++. Concering OpenGL I see "Using context 4.3 GL".
