[question] Getting additional positive regulons on enabling --all_modules option in pySCENIC

Hi

First of all, thank you so much for this excellent tool and straightforward tutorials to follow.

I have one question. When I am trying pyscenic ctx CLI module with default parameters (which return only positive regulons) I am missing some important regulons. However when I am using --all_modules option I could see them in the result Ex. Snail1_(+). So what is the reason for pySCENIC predicting certain (positive) regulons only when enabling the --all_modules option and not appearing with default parameters?

NOTE: I am using pySCENIC v0.11.0
