Running SCENIC on region sets[results]

Hey! Another question - I tried to run SCENIC on the mouse ENCODE regions supplied at https://resources.aertslab.org/cistarget/ and got an error message (AssertionError). Based on what I've gleaned from other SCENIC and pySCENIC issues, it's because the regions in the database aren't explicitly linked to genes, so pySCENIC doesn't know what to do with it. Is there a setting I'm missing, or would I have to set up my own region databases? Thanks!
