Enhance configuration file to allow hiding tabs or features (e.g.: upload loom)

Add configuration settings to the confugration file (aka config.json) to offer the possibility to hide tabs and/or features (e.g.: upload loom). This is useful especially when someone only wants to share a SCope session.
