Cannot load pbmc10k_scenic_integrated-output.loom following the Jupyter notebook tutorial

Dear SCENIC team,

I am following the SCENIC tutorial on processing the PBMC 10K data and I have generated the final pbmc10k_scenic_integrated-output.loom file. However, I could not load this loom file with either loopy.connect or scanty.read_loom().

The error message is: ValueError: Row attribute 'Regulons' dtype [] is not allowed For help, see http://linnarssonlab.org/loompy/format/ pbmc10k_scenic_integrated-output.loom does not appear to be a valid Loom file according to Loom spec version '3.0.0'

Could you kindly help resolve this issue?
