How to switch the revision of nextflow and jumpover the preprocess steps in nf?

Hi there! I tried these brilliant work tools following the tutorial. Then I tried the mp_sparse_fixes revision. How can I switch the revision into the initial revision and jumpover the steps before scenic? so that I can use our own processed data for analysis. Many thanks in advance.
