why runSCENIC_2_createRegulons is always ERROR Error in runSCENIC_2_createRegulons(scenicOptions = ScenicOptions, coexMethod = c("top5perTarget")) : It is not possible to load the following databses: hg38__refseq-r80__10kb_up_and_down_tss.mc9nr.feather

Probably because you have not updated the path properly (i.e. taking into account in which directory you are running it)...?

I have the same question Error in runSCENIC_2_createRegulons(scenicOptions, coexMethod = c("top5perTarget")) : It is not possible to load the following databses: hg19-500bp-upstream-7species.mc9nr.feather
