Previously closed the issue because I thought that solution was found but I was wrong. The app size issue starts reproducing from earliest SDK 1.8. Sadly nothing helps.

AFAIK, that's an expected default behavior. In Windows Forms or WPF the dialog does the same. But at least in WPF this can be opt-out by [`SaveFileDialog.CreateTestFile`](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.win32.savefiledialog.createtestfile) Property.

Some observations: after proxy update there's noticable traffic lags when using mobile networks. Media in mobile client loaded with huge delay or not loaded at all. Client often shows reconnection...
