Proxy stopped working with TG Desktop 6.3

Recently TG Desktop 6.3 stopped working with this proxy. Probably permanently.
Please look at https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/30004
Where suggested to update MTProxy the code from MTProxy but for me that's not possible because I simply don't use that proxy.

Только что на сервере в параллель к офиц MTProxy поставил ваш (из ветки master). Telegram Desktop сразу же подключился к вашему MTProxy, а офиц MTProxy так и остаются недоступными.

During testing, it was found that disabling TLS mode can be used normally.
@alexbers It works on master, thank you very much! Tested with TG Desktop 6.3.1.
Some observations: after proxy update there's noticable traffic lags when using mobile networks. Media in mobile client loaded with huge delay or not loaded at all. Client often shows reconnection to proxy. There's no such problem on wired network with both mobile and desktop apps. Probably the issue is related to MTProto itself which is trottled or partially broken by DPI scanner on mobile network. There was no such issue before the MTProto update.
BTW, I suggest to check the protocol implementation accuracy in the proxy.
Now TLS mode works fine with Telegram Desktop (macos), but Telegram Android isn't able to connect to proxy with TLS mode. But Android version connects with secure mode (dd prefix). What can I do?
