Yes but there is also `Runtime PM for PCI Device Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Audio Controller` which is disabled on my system as well (`bad` status).
@cboettig Maybe try upgrading your drivers with those from the [oibaf PPA](https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/ubuntu/graphics-drivers) and see if that helps.
