The indexing option is now part of the AIL framework. https://github.com/CIRCL/AIL-framework it means that you can stream output from Pystemon into AIL with ZMQ and let AIL do the indexing...
I just added a feeder from pystemon to AIL to ease the installation. As long as pystemon is configured with the Redis queue, it should work out of the box....
