I was told the following concerning the malicious package " it looks you include also "temporary" entries MAL-0000* like https://vulnerability.circl.lu/vuln/mal-0000-ossf-package-analysis-10cb4544e5ccc9bc - they should rather be ignored, it's a short-living temporary....
