@mx-psi - conflicts resolved. Unrelated and unexpected failure observed in build & test workflows for the redaction processor. Fixed once #34937 is merged. All workflows are good otherwise.

Since the creation timestamp isn't updated on re-runs, and there is no way to get a `run started` timestamp, then we can't do really deterministic traces from within the runner...

Has been merged, next step is semantic attributes on the spans as outlined in [this comment](https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/issues/1749#issuecomment-2888583995)
