Needs patch for StorageVFS

Kademlia: We should implement optimistic bootstrap (= save a few BT-Nodes)

We should/could implement our own dns resolver. - lookups would still block (this might actually be hard to implement!) - ..but plugins could pre-cache/pre-request some entries

We should check if there are any udp6 tracker implementations (is the spec finished yet?)

The include-exclude command has a bug and somethimes there are leftovers in the 'exclude' file.. this can break autocommit and other stuff. need a way to reproduce this....
