@Chrysanthemum536 any chance these results were bookmarks previously and you selected them? Do you see the `bookmark` tag on these results?
Is it still the case? Do you see many bookmark results when all browser paths are disabled? Any chance you got the Firefox plugin installed?

Sorry for the bad experience. I will fix this issue. To mitigate it please open your `%appdata%\Blast` folder and delete the `Settings` folder.
