Indexed paths settings box scrolling bug

Describe the bug Scrolling with mouse wheel over indexed paths listbox scrolls the entire settings page. The scroll event propagation should probably be prevented on the listbox.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Files settings
2. Add enough indexed paths for the scroll bar to appear
3. Try scrolling using the mouse wheel over the indexed paths list box
4. It will scroll the whole settings windows

Expected behavior When scrolling over the indexed paths listbox only the listbox should be scrolled, not the whole window.
