Dependency Soundpipe is no longer available.

The repository https://github.com/PaulBatchelor/Soundpipe.git has been removed. Also it is listed twice in .gitmodules. Recomendation: push latest local stable snapshot of the repository as a separate repo (MIT licence permits it).
