Wouldn't it be appropriate to have an added check on [request-validator#59](https://github.com/APIDevTools/swagger-express-middleware/blob/master/lib/request-validator.js#L59) to make sure token scheme is not Basic when type is `apiKey` and header used is `Authorization`.
