Are you letting the ban expire naturally or are you running `/unban`?

If you were running `/unban`, that's expected behavior: the plugin completely *deletes* that ban, the logic being that you only ever need to run it if you made a mistake...

Ah yeah that makes sense. `/reload` shouldn't really be used anyways, it breaks a lot of things. I'll fix this whenever I get working on the plugin again, hadn't thought...

This is no longer actively maintained. I won't be making a PM4 branch, however if anybody wants to, feel free. I'd be happy to answer any questions/review pull requests.
